Revised rezoning plan to be presented
The rezoning petitioner is holding a second in-person community meeting next Tuesday, March 11th at 5:30pm. The official notice can be accessed at this link: Official Notice. In the meeting, the developer will update attendees on the revised rezoning plan submission, which can be found here: Feb 2025 Rezoning Plan Submission.
While no advance registration is needed, a large turnout shows the City that this plan requires careful scrutiny. Please make every effort to attend the meeting, and come prepared to ask your questions. Unlike the online zoom meetings where questions were pre-screened via chat window, an in-person should allow for additional dialogue. Location details are as follows:
